Job Title: Business Associate (Counselor)

Job Summary:
The PCRI IAS Academy is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Business Associate (Counselor). As a counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our students in their educational journey. This is a work-from-home position, allowing you to work remotely while making a positive impact on aspiring civil service professionals.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct counseling sessions:
Provide detailed information about PCRI IAS Academy's programs, course offerings, and admission requirements.

Assess student needs and recommend suitable courses based on their career objectives.

Address student queries, concerns, and provide clarifications.

Enrollment facilitation:
Maintain accurate records of student details, inquiries, and interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with potential students to ensure they have completed the enrollment process.

Relationship building:
Cultivate strong relationships with students to enhance their experience and promote student retention.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout their course duration.

Act as a point of contact for students, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Sales and marketing support:
Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract new students.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for promotional materials.

Participate in webinars, seminars, and other marketing events to promote PCRI IAS Academy.

Reporting and analysis:
Prepare regular reports on student inquiries, conversions, and enrollment numbers.

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the counseling process and student experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business) or equivalent work experience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.

Empathetic and patient, with a genuine interest in helping students achieve their goals.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Proficient in using technology tools for communication, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration.

Prior experience in counseling or customer service roles is preferred.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position, working from home.

Flexible schedule with the ability to accommodate occasional evening or weekend hours.
