**Technical Requirements**:

- Proficient with tools like Postman, JMeter, JIRA, Trello, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to write, execute, and maintain structured test cases and detailed bug reports
- Basic understanding of Python, PyCharm, and Selenium to support automation readiness
- Experience in UI/UX, functional, regression, and integration testing
- Familiarity with cross-browser and responsive testing across various devices and environments
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle processes for structured QA execution

**Other Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge-case issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and proactive in taking ownership of QA tasks
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with limited supervision
- Capable of independently managing QA coordination and tracking progress
- Effective time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines
