**Job Title: Hindi Telesales Executive (Full-Time, Work from Office)**

**Location: Selaiyur, Guindy, chetpet (Chennai)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client acquisition through cold and hot calling.
- This is a completely office-based role with no fieldwork.
- Achieve and maintain an average talk time of 3 hours per day.
- Dial up to 300 mobile numbers daily to generate leads and acquire clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and performance.
- Work towards monthly sales targets and enjoy substantial incentives based on performance.

**Qualifications**:

- A Fresher or minimum of 6 months of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or telecalling (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome with the right skills and attitude.
- Proficiency in spoken English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.
