We are seeking dedicated and compassionate **Customer Service Assistant / Customer Relattions Executive** to join our team at Oncure. The primary role of the Consultation Facilitator is to assist patients throughout their visit to our health centre, ensuring a seamless, hospitable, and comforting experience from arrival to departure. This includes guiding them through billing, directing them to doctors, assisting in consultations, and providing comprehensive care during full-body check-ups. Proficiency in phlebotomy, vaccinations, and injections is highly desirable.
- **Education**: ANM/GNM/MLT/DMLT/ Hospital Administration/Hotel Management/ Any Bachelor's degree
- **Experience**:Previous experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to provide empathetic and patient-centered care, with an emphasis on hospitality.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- **Smartness and Professionalism**: Present a smart and professional demeanor, focusing on patient satisfaction and care quality.
- **Hospitality Mindset**: A strong commitment to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patients.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
