**Job Title**: Front Desk Executive (Lead Generation, Tele Sales, Pre-Sales)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate conference room availability.
- Manage the office's administrative duties, including handling correspondence and mail.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring potential clients fit business needs.
- Maintain and update lead databases and manage CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- **Tele Sales**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce company products/services, and generate interest.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information, answering questions to nurture prospects.
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and offerings.
- Effectively use sales scripts and techniques to engage customers and set appointments.
- Achieve lead generation and sales targets set by the management.
- **Pre-Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to set up meetings or demos with prospective clients.
- Assist in the preparation of pre-sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Provide insights and feedback gathered from prospects to assist the sales team in closing deals.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales pipeline updates.
- Prepare reports on lead generation, sales activities, and customer feedback.
- Handle billing inquiries, customer complaints, and provide basic troubleshooting support.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years working experience in lead generation, tele sales, or pre-sales roles.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to generate, qualify, and convert leads.
- **Customer Focus**: Professional, customer-oriented approach to managing calls and in-person interactions.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of social media platforms for lead generation.
- Experience in handling administrative tasks in an office environment.
- Prior experience in the same or a similar industry.
