**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle front desk operations, including client greetings and appointment scheduling.
- Manage phone calls, inquiries, and client follow-ups in a professional manner.
- Maintain client records and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Assist clients with check-in/check-out and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
- Support clinic operations and administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and polite behavior.
- Prior experience in **wellness, skincare, or hospitality** will be an added advantage.
- Must be open to signing a **2-year agreement** with the company.
