We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rebar Detailer to join our team in the COCHIN.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review Tender & IFC information model issued by consultants (2D drawings, BIM models & asset data) as per ISO19650
- Supports the Rebar coordinator in submittal planning and other documents as required
- Create BBS, rebar shop drawings and as built drawings
- Update shop drawings with design changes from IFC, RFI&DFC
- Extract sections from 3D BIM model to prepare rebar details
- Ensure all work is passed to the document controller
- Notify the rebar related discrepancies or any missing to the team for RFI
- Support the Coordinator and Manager by providing information for site queries
- Complete work to the highest standard, ensuring a high-quality product for the client
- Support the sub-contractor in producing shop drawings
- Prepare & send the rebar call offs to the cut & bend factory/Site Rebar yard
- Practical solutions for rebar installation &avoiding congestion at site
- Knowledge of non-standard shape codes
- Rebar coordination for structural steel & PT works at site

**Requirements**:

- 3 Year Diploma in Civil Engineering
- At least 4 years’ experience in Rebar Detailing
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of MS Office & Adobe Acrobat
- Good written & Spoken English
- Knowledge in ACI 318-14 & BS-8666

Preferable but not necessary:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Tekla-Rebar
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit /Tekla

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
