**Curriculum Delivery**:Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and relevant educational standards, covering topics in history, geography, economics, and political science.
- **Instructional Strategies**:Employ diverse teaching methodologies, including lectures, discussions, group activities, and multimedia presentations, to cater to different learning styles and promote student engagement.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:Develop and administer assessments (tests, quizzes, projects, etc.) to evaluate student understanding, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
- **Classroom Management**:Establish a positive and disciplined learning environment that fosters student participation, critical thinking, and respect for diverse perspectives.
- **Student Support**:Offer academic guidance, mentorship, and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and helping them prepare for examinations and future academic pursuits.
- **Curriculum Development**:Contribute to the development and refinement of the social science curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with educational goals.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate with other teachers, school staff, and parents to create a supportive and effective learning environment, and communicate student progress and needs effectively.
- **Professional Development**:Stay updated with the latest developments in social science education, teaching methodologies, and educational technologies to enhance teaching practices.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a relevant social science field (e.g., History, Geography, Economics, Political Science).
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Proven experience as a PGT or equivalent role in a reputable educational institution.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students, foster critical thinking, and promote a positive learning environment.

Pay: ₹32,920.32 - ₹35,293.75 per month
