Key responsibilities of a PGT Physics:
- **Curriculum Delivery**:
- Plan and execute detailed lesson plans based on the prescribed syllabus, covering key physics concepts like mechanics, thermodynamics, electricity, magnetism, optics, and modern physics.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods including lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and hands-on activities to cater to diverse learning styles.
- **Student Assessment**:
- Conduct regular assessments through quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments to monitor student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
- **Classroom Management**:
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and collaboration among students.
- Manage classroom dynamics to ensure effective learning and maintain appropriate student behavior.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and areas of concern.
