We are a UK based online education institute providing vocational and professional courses for learners from all over the world.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive who is motivated and has great attention to detail and is capable of working independently and as part of a team.

In addition, the job role also consists of the following:

- Taking bookings from customers
- Call and follow up on customer inquiries received from listing sites
- Dealing with customer queries
- Convincing of service/products to clients.
- Calling new and existing customers and offering our service/products to them.
- Help screen incoming calls
- Updating database accordingly

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years related work experience. (If you have previous working experience in UK or work experience in call centers that will be an added advantage)
- Should have very good communication skills and be fluent in English.
- Experience in tele sales would be a definite advantage
- Sound educational background
- Fluent in telephone etiquette
- Know how to deliver the highest level of customer service
- Be computer literate
- Work well under pressure
- _**You are required to work parallel to office hours in the UK **_
