**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Greeting and seating guests, including large groups, families with children warmly and upon arrival according to their preference to the best by providing alternative seating arrangements.

2. Overlooking reservation request and managing waitlist while estimating wait-time accurately.

3. Coordinating with wait colleagues to ensure smooth transitions between courses and minimize disruptions.

5. Interacting the guests regarding their experience and providing suggestions or alternative to enhance the experiences to both, the gust and management.
