**Job Description: Class Coordinator**

**Location - Saltlake**

**Salary - 8k per month**

**Timings - Monday to Friday : 3pm to 7.30pm, Saturday : 9am to 2pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Coordination and Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact between parents, students, tutors, and management. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- **Curriculum Management**: Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs and materials, ensuring alignment with academic standards and students' needs.
- **Student Assessment**: Conduct assessments to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement. Develop individualized learning plans as needed.
- **Parent Engagement**: Foster positive relationships with parents by providing regular updates on their child's performance and addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage scheduling, enrollment, and payment processes. Maintain accurate records and databases.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the quality of instruction and program effectiveness. Implement improvements as necessary to enhance student outcomes.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
