**Job Summary**:
We are looking for experienced, qualified, and dynamic Training & Placement Managers who will facilitate new & relevant clientele (corporates, organizations, etc.) for students' placements & internships that aligns with their career goals & aspirations. Training & Placement Managers have the key responsibility of strategizing & achieving successful career outcomes for students through robust campus recruitment processes. The Placement Officer would be predominantly responsible for identification of major employers for urban placement opportunities for Medhavi students.

1. Line up the students according to the companies requirement and associated with the pre-placement profiling.

2. Visit the company's Director and HR head for manpower requirement and placement tie-up.

3. Coordinating with the branches regarding placement procedure and placed students.

4. Maintain the documents related with pre-placement and post placement.

5. Maintaining students database.

6. After getting the requirements from client, giving briefing to the students about the opening detail.

7. Need to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on the organization’s needs.

**Eligibility & Experience**:
1. Graduate / Masters in any discipline.

2. Minimum of 2 years as training & placement officer in a reputed college or university.

3. Excellent Communication Skill is required.
