Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping processes to ensure accurate and comprehensive identification of IT assets, services, and dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, operations, and service management teams, to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with ITOM best practices
- Perform regular updates and version upgrades to the ITOM Discovery module while ensuring mínimal disruption to existing functionalities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Discovery and Service Mapping, including data inconsistencies, pattern failures, and performance optimization
- Work closely with the CMDB team to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration item (CI) data and dependencies are maintained
- Monitor Discovery schedules, data sources, and patterns to ensure effective and efficient data collection across the IT infrastructure
- Solutions consulting and architecture related to ServiceNow SecOps (Vulnerability Response & Security Incident Response) which involves the following
- Responsible for SecOps solutions strategy and execution
- SecOps technology Solutions development
- Hands on exp on integration & Strong in Snow Scripting
- Perform impact assessment
- Procure ServiceNow Vulnerability module license as required
- System administrators maintain and configure the ServiceNow platform, including the Vulnerability Response module.
- They set up scanning tools and integration points with vulnerability scanners or other data sources.
- Administrators ensure the proper functioning of the system and its integration with other IT systems.
- IT operations personnel are responsible for implementing the recommended remediation actions.
- Collaboration between vulnerability analysts and IT operations is crucial for effective vulnerability management.
- Test integration

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- ServiceNow: 6 years (preferred)
