We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Illustrator to produce digital creatives for our Digital Marketing Platforms. For this role, you should have knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing design requirements for marketing projects in graphic, animation and video formats. Designers should understand the key marketing metrics and be able to experiment with the creatives from time to time. Should have designed creatives for performance marketing and should have a sound knowledge of various creative formats and principles for ads. Ultimately, the designer will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces as per the timelines.

**Responsibilities**

Work with the team to understand the design brief and its requirements

Design compelling consistent creative assets (graphics, motion animations and videos) for our social platforms that reflect the brand visual language and drive online engagement

Develop fresh concepts and execute the ongoing projects based on company goals and current social media trends

An understanding of the latest trends and its connectivity with creatives and end users

**What You Must Have**

Expertise in Adobe Design Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other image-editing tools, motion graphics, animations, 3D illustration, 3D animation.

Ability to follow brand guidelines for all deliverables while coming up with innovative ways to communicate the brand’s messaging with the designs.

A great understanding of digital marketing creatives,, layouts, animations, typography and colour theory. A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Constant watch on the latest trends and innovations about graphic and social media design trends. Interest in developing design skills and exploring different formats, demonstrated in your portfolio.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Motion graphics: 1 year (preferred)
- 3D animation: 1 year (preferred)
