**Graphic Designer**:
ALTROVE is an E-commerce home décor and lifestyle brand headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra. We create and curate aspirational yet affordable home décor inspired by our love for travel, craft and culture, using Indian craftsmanship and a global design aesthetic.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The Graphic Designer job includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, ppt’s, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, Instagram, product packaging, exhibitions and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, you’re the perfect fit for us

Minimum Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience
- Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design (or similar)
- Adobe Suite Proficiency

Extra Credit:

- Experience with brand social media
- Ability to create and edit video content
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

**Graphic Designer’s Day to Day Responsibilities Include**:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
