We are seeking a talented and innovative **UI/UX Designer** to join our team and help us craft an exceptional user experience for ChatGPT. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing the user interface and improving the user experience of ChatGPT, ensuring that interactions with the AI are intuitive, seamless, and engaging for all users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape the design of the product and deliver a visually appealing and highly usable platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UI/UX Design**: Design the user interface and user experience for ChatGPT, from conceptualization to execution. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and detailed interaction flows.
- **User Research**: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. Analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- **Interaction Design**: Design smooth, engaging, and intuitive interactions within the ChatGPT interface. Focus on the natural flow of conversations and overall user engagement.
- **Design Systems**: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across the platform. Establish and adhere to design guidelines, patterns, and UI standards.
- **Accessibility**: Ensure that ChatGPT is accessible to a wide range of users, including those with disabilities. Implement accessibility best practices for color contrast, screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other accessibility features.
- **Mobile and Desktop Optimization**: Design responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across devices, focusing on a smooth mobile-first experience.
- **Prototyping & Testing**: Build interactive prototypes to test designs early in the process. Use testing feedback to iterate on and improve the design.
- **Iterative Design Process**: Continuously improve the design based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and metrics to enhance the user experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
