**Responsibilities**:

- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Supervising Labour force
- Quality checks during production
- Preparing & maintaining daily work records
- Monitor & control the usage of material
- Implementing safety & ISO regulations
- Troubleshooting production problems
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new workers on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Oversee Repair, service & maintenance all the machinery tools & dyes
- Knowledge about Welding process & Quality inspection

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
- Experience in sheet metal, press shop & fabrication
- Intermediate skills in MS Office, Excel, Word
- Able to lead & guide the labour team
- Target driven
- Problem-solving skills

**Education**:

- BE or B.Tech (preferred)
- Diploma in Engineering

**Experience**:

- 3- 5 years of experience

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
