**REQUIREMENT**:
**Six months experience in bpo will be an advantage.**

**Both fresher and experience will be considered**

**Well versed in English language.**

**Pure day shift.**

**Salary Structure -up to 20 Kctc ( IN HAND 14 TO 17K )**

**Depends On Performance can be work from home post training or after 3months**

**RESPONSIBILITY**:
**Answer inbound calls professionally.**

**Provide information about products and services.**

**Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.**

**Providing the best resolution to the desired customers**
