- Identify and communicate with potential distributors in vacant areas.
- Achieve sales targets through various schemes and promotions.
- Collect payments within credit terms and limits.
- Focus on primary sales while supporting distributors with secondary sales.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to elevate distributor sales.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising in retail outlets.
- Facilitate group work with distributor sales staff.
- Monitor and report on distributor performance and issues.
- Collect weekly stock reports for accurate inventory tracking.
- Maintain marketing materials during route visits.
- Develop strategies to increase productivity and resolve issues.
- Utilize Salesforce software for order placement, collection updates, and attendance marking.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Business Development Manager.
- Submit travel plans and expenses in a timely manner.
- Adhere to visit schedules and reporting deadlines.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
