We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Fabricate and modify equipment as necessary to enhance performance and reliability.
- Manage both low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee facilities management tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with project management teams on facility upgrades and new installations.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff in best practices and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Mechanical Engineering, IT.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
