We are seeking a skilled **IT Support Engineer** to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operation of IT systems. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, providing user support, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
- Support network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) and maintain network systems.
- Assist with system security, backups, and data protection.
- Maintain detailed records of issues and solutions.
- Offer user training on software and basic IT systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common software.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
