**Designation**: Legal Associate /Sr. Legal Associate
**Work** **Location**: Piplod, Surat

**Job** **Description**:

- Drafting, vetting, review of various commercial Agreements.
- Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to the company's operations.
- Application and Prosecution drafting of intellectual property rights including Trademarks and Copyrights.
- Assisting to Panel Advocate regarding litigation matters by gathering documents and preparing legal documents.
- Developing, Monitoring and implementing Legal document management processes to ensure systematic records.
- Provide general legal support to various departments within the company.
- Maintenance of Legal database, MIS, Agreements, Letter Head etc.

**Requirements**:

- Practical experience in Application of **Intellectual Property** and drafting of Prosecution documents.
- Experience in drafting, vetting and review of agreements.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Well versed with MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and cross-functional teams.

**Mandatory Requirement**:

- Experience of Trademark Litigation is mandatory
- Good in Gujarati and English language

**Education**: LL.B. (3 years or 5 years) / LL.M

**Experience**: 1 to 3 years
