**Role description**:

- Proficiently perform data fetch, data merge, data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering.
- Drive client engagement and align the development team with the technical roadmap.
- Implement analytical requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing and testing standards and solutions.
- Develop solutions by evaluating and preparing alternative workflow solutions.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
- Design new analytical solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, and writing specifications.
- Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
- Recommend improvements and controls by identifying issues and writing improved procedures.
- Define project requirements, milestones, phases, and elements, forming project teams, and establishing budgets.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving issues, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Provide user support through documentation, help desk assistance, and training.
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by ensuring confidentiality of information.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and engaging in professional networks.

**Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications You Need**:

- 15+ years of professional experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design for AI/ML/Analytics projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Deep knowledge of deep learning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs and the UX team.
- Intermediate knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Automation, Build Management, and Versioning.
- Understanding of cloud services, including Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Experience with LLM/Gen AI - Prompt Engineering, RAG, and parameter hypertuning.
- Experience with Pyspark is an added advantage.
