Job Title: Store Keeper/ Inventory Manager

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse Management

Experience: 2-5 Years

Reporting To: Warehouse/Logistics Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the store/inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials, tools, equipment, and other items.

Maintain accurate records of inventory using ERP systems or inventory management software.

Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records.

Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of raw materials and finished goods to maintain quality and accessibility.

Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams for smooth flow of materials.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.

Prepare inventory reports, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and stock summaries as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
2 to 5 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or têxtiles.

Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software (e.g., SAP, Tally ERP, Zoho Inventory).

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to lead a small team and handle stock independently.

Familiarity with safety and quality control procedures.

**Desirable Traits**:
Eye for detail and accuracy.

Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.

Team player with good communication skills.

Familiarity with têxtile/raw material terminology is a plus.
