**Job Summary**:
Soni Hospital is seeking a meticulous and dependable Store Keeper to manage our inventory and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital’s storage facilities. The Store Keeper will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, receiving and issuing supplies, and ensuring that stock levels are consistent with hospital needs. This role is crucial in supporting the hospital's daily operations and ensuring that all departments have the necessary materials and equipment to provide excellent patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all stock items using hospital inventory management systems.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions to replenish supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory records.
- **Receiving and Issuing**:

- Receive and inspect all incoming supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Verify quantities and quality of received items against purchase orders.
- Issue supplies and equipment to hospital departments as requested, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Ensure all items are stored in designated locations and are easily accessible.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas in compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to prevent theft, loss, and damage.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all inventory transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and usage patterns.
- Assist in annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other hospital departments to coordinate supply needs and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and hospital staff to resolve any issues related to inventory.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a store keeper or in a similar inventory management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with hospital supplies, medical equipment, and inventory management software is highly desirable.
- **Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, lifting, and moving heavy items.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹39,621.12 per month
