We are looking for a Store Keeper for our premium Pure Honey Hub Store. Store Keeper is responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory and stock of a retail store. They play a crucial role in ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient stock rotation, and excellent customer service. The Store Keeper will also be responsible for receiving and processing shipments, organizing the store layout, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
**Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of products and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including tracking inventory movements and conducting regular stock counts.
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely rotation of stock.
- Replenish shelves and displays with appropriate products to maintain optimal stock levels.

**Store Organization and Maintenance**:

- Arrange products on shelves and displays in an organized and visually appealing manner.
- Ensure proper labeling and pricing of products.
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Conduct regular checks for damaged or expired products and take appropriate action.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Provide accurate information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Receiving and Processing Shipments**:

- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery notes.
- Unload and unpack shipments, checking for damaged or missing items.
- Update inventory records to reflect the received stock.
- Organize and store products in appropriate locations.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and returns.
- Generate regular reports on stock levels, sales, and other relevant metrics.
- Assist with the preparation of purchase orders and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Operate computerized inventory management systems and POS terminals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper, stock clerk, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and POS systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
