**Job Overview**

India has the largest network of schools in the world. The size of this market is 1.2 Million schools populated with ~160 Million students, who are taught by ~4 Million teachers. We aim to reach these government school students and their influencers such as school teachers, parents and tutors.

Our company is looking for a talented writer to create direct communication content (B2C) and also create compelling and relevant marketing content, training materials, and product descriptions.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Creating an effective marketing communications strategy in collaboration with other departments
- Drafting content for the following communication channels:

- WhatsApp, SMS, app notifications
- product brochures, flyers, notices etc.
- product demos and training
- FAQ documents for multiple products and services
- Tracking and analysing communication metrics

**Requirements**:

- Background:

- Proven work experience as a B2C content or communications Writer (2-3 years)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or any related field
- Skills:

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional research, writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adapt to the style, tone, and brand voice of our business
- Languages - English & Hindi is a must (knowledge of Punjabi/Marathi will be a benefit)
- Good understanding & experience in using multiple channels of communication (WhatsApp and in-app notifications will be preferable)
- Should have good analytical skills (MS Office + dashboards)
- Well organized and detail-oriented
