We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies while also utilizing your graphic design expertise to create visually compelling assets. This is a unique opportunity to combine your digital marketing prowess with your creative design skills to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence and create captivating visual content that resonates with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain brand consistency and guidelines across all design projects and materials.
- Stay abreast of design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content.
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers or agencies, to oversee the production and quality of printed materials, if required.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels, tools, and analytics.
- Proficiency in design software, and knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing insights and optimizations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
