**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Job Summary**:The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs across various platforms to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They will work on a variety of projects, collaborating with teams to translate marketing objectives into creative designs while maintaining brand consistency.

**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization and Design**: Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project requirements.

**Design Development**: Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all platforms and campaigns.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.

**Client Interaction**: Interact with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their needs and present design options.

**Feedback Incorporation**: Incorporate feedback and changes recommended by clients or the creative team into the final designs.

**Deadline Adherence**: Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Up-to-date Knowledge**: Stay updated on design trends, software, and industry advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
