**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging Japanese language lessons tailored to different proficiency levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
- Conduct interactive sessions to enhance listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Integrate Japanese cultural aspects into lessons to provide a holistic learning experience.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for Japanese language proficiency exams (e.g., JLPT - N5 to N1).
- Organize assessments, quizzes, and language proficiency tests.
- Maintain records of student attendance and performance.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and language trends.
- Foster a positive and encouraging classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align training objectives with institutional goals.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Literature, Linguistics, or related field. (Certification in Japanese language proficiency preferred, e.g., JLPT N2 or N1.)
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Japanese language trainer or tutor.
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese.
- Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to tailor lessons to diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for virtual or in-person teaching.
- Organizational and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and cultural exchange.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in teaching both online and offline classes.
- Familiarity with language teaching software and tools.
- Experience preparing students for international certification exams (e.g., JLPT).
