**Responsibilities**:

- **Dynamic Language Lessons**: Design and deliver interactive and engaging Japanese language lessons catering to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels.
- **Personalized Learning**: Customize your teaching methods to suit the unique learning styles, goals, and progress of each student.
- **Communication Proficiency**: Prioritize practical communication skills, empowering students to confidently engage in real-life conversations.
- **Comprehensive Curriculum**: Develop a comprehensive curriculum covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and cultural insights.
- **Constructive Feedback**: Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, helping them identify areas for improvement and nurturing their language skills.
- **Cultural Insights**: Introduce learners to Japanese culture, traditions, etiquette, and customs to enhance their language learning experience.
