As a bottling plant technician, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the bottling process. Here's an overview of what your responsibilities might entail:

- **Equipment Maintenance**: You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing bottling equipment such as conveyors, fillers, cappers, labelers, and packaging machinery to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
- **Quality Control**: Monitoring the quality of the product is paramount. You'll conduct regular inspections, tests, and checks to ensure that the bottles are filled correctly, sealed tightly, and labeled accurately. Any deviations from quality standards should be identified and addressed promptly.
- **Troubleshooting**: When issues arise during the bottling process, you'll need to diagnose the problem quickly and implement solutions to minimize downtime. This might involve adjusting settings, replacing parts, or coordinating with maintenance teams for major repairs.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols is essential to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of workers. You'll need to adhere to safety guidelines, conduct safety training, and implement safety procedures throughout the bottling plant.
- **Inventory Management**: Keeping track of inventory levels for bottles, caps, labels, and other supplies is necessary to ensure uninterrupted production. You'll coordinate with procurement teams to order supplies as needed and maintain adequate stock levels.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of production processes, equipment maintenance, quality control checks, and inventory levels is crucial for traceability and compliance purposes. You'll need to document all relevant information thoroughly.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements is key to enhancing productivity and reducing costs. You'll collaborate with other departments to implement changes and innovations that enhance the bottling process.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with other members of the production team, including machine operators, supervisors, quality control inspectors, and maintenance technicians, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
