Title: Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member inquiries, complaints, and

feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in navigating the app, understanding membership benefits, and

resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
- Liaison with the finance team on customer billing inquiries or complaints.

Data Entry:

- Accurately input and update customer information, service requests, and related

data into the system, ensuring data integrity and security.

Operational Support:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot

operational issues, and implement efficient solutions.
- Engage in supporting and adapting to operational changes, whether they arise from

internal process improvements, technological upgrades, or shifts in customer needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach in responding to changes,

maintaining a constant focus on optimizing operation efficiency and customer

satisfaction.

Scheduling:

- Coordinate and manage schedules for in-house maintenance and repair teams,

ensuring timely service delivery and efficient resource allocation.
- Facilitate scheduling of third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring alignment with

customer needs and program requirements.

Task Management:

- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion and

adherence to program goals and objectives.
- Assist in the coordination of special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the

program's operational effectiveness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
