Key Responsibilities:

- **Collaboration**:Working with other teams, such as technical support or sales, to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Ensuring that customers have a positive and satisfactory experience.
- **Following Procedures**:Adhering to company policies, guidelines, and procedures for handling customer interactions.

- **Lead Generation**:Identifying and pursuing potential new customers.
- **Sales**:Assisting with sales efforts, such as upselling or cross-selling products or services.
- **Training**:Providing training to new or existing team members on customer service practices.
