The Water Park Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the water park, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff. This role includes supervising lifeguards and park attendants, managing guest concerns, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and supporting the overall success of the park.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of lifeguards, ride attendants, and other staff to ensure smooth and safe operation of the water park.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including water quality standards and emergency procedures.
- Monitor lifeguard performance, enforce rotation schedules, and conduct regular safety audits and drills.
- Train new and existing team members on safety procedures, customer service standards, and park protocols.
- Address and resolve guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor park cleanliness and maintenance, coordinating with the maintenance team as needed.
- Assist in scheduling staff, tracking attendance, and managing breaks to ensure proper coverage.
- Prepare daily reports on operations, incidents, and staff performance.
- Support emergency response efforts and incident documentation.
- Promote a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees alike.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in aquatic facility operations or recreation supervision.
- Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent) required.
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Working Conditions**:

- Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods.
- May involve lifting equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to water, chemicals, and sun for long hours.
