**Job Title**: Sales Assistant

**Location**: Bombay Gourmet Market Store, Assagao, Goa

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Operations**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Monitor and replenish inventory as needed.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Customer Support**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist customers in finding products and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy, seeking resolutions promptly.
- Stay knowledgeable about products to answer customer questions effectively.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions.

**Schedule**:

- This is a full-time position, and flexibility in scheduling is required. Weekends and holidays may be included.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
