**Job Summary**:
The Flute Teacher is responsible for providing high-quality instruction to students of varying skill levels, from beginner to advanced. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a passion for music, and ensuring student progress in technical proficiency, musicality, and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction & Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's skill level and goals.
- Teach techniques such as proper posture, breath control, tone production, articulation, and phrasing.
- Provide instruction in music theory, sight-reading, and repertoire interpretation.
- **Student Development**:

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Motivate students to practice and improve their skills.
- Prepare students for recitals, auditions, competitions, and examinations.
- **Program Support**:

- Collaborate with other music teachers and staff to develop curriculum and performance opportunities.
- Participate in student showcases, recitals, and other events.
- Maintain accurate records of lessons, attendance, and student progress.
- **Professionalism & Growth**:

- Stay updated on teaching methodologies, repertoire, and flute pedagogy.
- Maintain and care for teaching materials and instruments.
- Represent the music program positively in the community.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,282.15 - ₹41,084.27 per month

Expected hours: 2 per week

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)
