**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction and Teaching**:

- Plan and deliver flute lessons for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
- Teach foundational and advanced flute techniques, such as breathing, finger positioning, articulation, tone production, and dynamics.
- Integrate music theory and sight-reading into lessons.
- **Student Development**:

- Assess students' skills, set goals, and develop personalized lesson plans.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and build confidence.
- Prepare students for performances, exams, and auditions.
- **Performance Preparation**:

- Assist students in selecting repertoire suitable for their skill level and goals.
- Organize or participate in recitals, concerts, and competitions.
- Teach ensemble playing techniques if applicable.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain lesson records and monitor student progress.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding scheduling, expectations, and progress.
- Keep up-to-date with flute pedagogy, repertoire, and teaching methods.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed on advancements in flute education and performance techniques.
- Participate in workshops, masterclasses, and professional organizations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in music, music education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in flute performance with a strong grasp of music theory and pedagogy.
- Previous teaching experience (private lessons or classroom settings is a plus).
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,283.88 - ₹41,261.19 per month

Expected hours: 2 per week
