**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and best recruitment practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (0-5+ years) in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US employment types: W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Familiarity with various US work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work US business hours (EST/CST/PST).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
