**Job Purpose (Accounting Job Summary)**:This is support activity to Real Estate Accounting Includes supporting property level testing, financial rollover, obtaining audit confirmations, bank statements downloading, bank reconciliations, foreign exchange currency rates generation, support FX translations, real estate accounting, data uploading to various management information and reporting systems, book closing and reporting. Real estate reporting team.
**Key Responsibilities / Duties: (Accounting)**
Knowledge in passing journal entries in various scenarios.
Good understanding of GAAP/IFRS requirements.
Gain understanding of operational activities pertaining to fund accounting.
Ensure that all transactions are performed within agreed SLAs and approved procedures.
**Job Purpose (Investor Reporting Job Summary)**:
This position includes assisting Portfolio Management team in preparing Fund Performance reports, Quarterly reports, Consultant reports, Investor communications, and data uploading to various management information. Should have 0 to 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, audit, real estate accounting, asset management or fund accounting. Experience in VBA coding and advance excel will be an added advantage.
**Ke Responsibilities / Duties: (Investor Reporting)**
Supporting the Product Management team in various activities.
Preparing Portfolio reports and communicate with Portfolio or Product managers in case of queries.
Downloading financials from Yardi and updating NOI and CAPEX reports.
Sending NAV Statements, Capital Calls and Distributions notices to Investors through Intralinks.
Support the team on Real connect tasks and Investran uploads.
Supporting the REIT’s and Securities teams in various weekly, monthly and quarterly performance activities.
Preparing Monthly Attribution reports and communicate with portfolio management team.

**Working Conditions**:
Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures.
The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary.
Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
Hours may include evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hour a day on call support by pager and/or cell phone.
**Work Experience / Knowledge**:
Graduate or MBA in finance with outstanding academic achievements.
0 to 3 years of experience in Real estate Valuations & Underwriting.
Experience in finance, accounting, real estate, fund administration is added advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have strong interests in developing a career in the financial markets.
Highly adaptable, flexible and forward-thinking; result oriented.
Ability to take on responsibility as a team member.
Expertise in MS Office including Advanced Excel.

Excellent at MS Excel.
Good at Oral and written communication skills.
Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen for other people’s opinions.
