**Phone Banking Associate Job Description (BPO)**

We are looking for an upbeat Phone Banking Associate to be responsible for contacting potential customers telephonically and informing them of our products and services. The Phone Banking Associate will use a directory of contact numbers to phone individuals and read a scripted sales pitch to them.

To be successful as a Phone Banking Associate you should have a positive attitude and excellent telephone etiquette. The ideal Phone Banking Associate will remain calm and professional under pressure and always treat clients with respect.

**Phone Banking Associate Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential clients telephonically.
- Read the prepared script when pitching the company's products and services.
- Provide any information that the client requests.
- Redirect calls to the relevant department if necessary.
- Interacting with Customers on calls, in a professional and friendly manner.
- Performing customer service activities and initiatives across product segments. (Training will be provided)
- Resolving customer service issues and inquiries and later transitioning to pitching products and services basis customer profile and need analysis.
- Should carry IDFC FIRST Bank values and display “Always You First” attitude in every interaction.

**Phone Banking Associate Requirements**:

- Fresher with any Graduation stream is eligible.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Professional tone.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- English and Hindi languages are Mandatory.
