**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Assists customers architect advanced cloud based solutions on VMWare

Ensure that industry best practices for security, data backup and user management are enforced within the architecture designs.
- Liaise technically between customers, engineers, and vendor support teams.
- Conduct internal trainings to the internal support team on new services on the cloud and their use cases.
- Assist SME’s during critical incidents as required.
- Document customer environment architecture and maintain updated versions post the periodic reviews.
- Document the technical framework and workflow of the architecture.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Minimum 10+ years as VMware Server Administrator
- Proficient in controlling administrator rights on VM Infrastructure, Use of VMware Converter Enterprise and overview
- Ability to setup of resource pools and a VMware Distributed Resource
- Scheduler (DRS) cluster, Resource Management, Resource Monitoring along with VMware High Availability (HA) cluste
- Proven experience in ESX Server Installation and configuration of virtual switches, network connections and port groups configure Storag
- Expertise in Virtual Center Installation and configuration and Installation of its components Perform Level 3 Support Esx Operating syste
- Demonstrable experience in Install / Upgrade Esx platform environment
- Validated experience to support Level 3 OS monitoring Client Software
- Backup and Recovery client, Client Software, automated Security, health checking client, OS monitorin
- Proficient in scripting ESX Server deployments for remote installation and security in a VMware Virtualized Environment
