Responsibilities

1. Enter, update, and maintain various types of data accurately and efficiently into database and computer systems.

2. Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors to ensure data integrity.

3. Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or inaccuracies.

4. Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for records and documents.

5. Assist in the preparation and generation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.

6. Retrieve and compile data from various sources to support research or analysis projects.

7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

8. Follow company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.

2. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

3. Proficiency in using data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word).

4. Excellent typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Ability to work both independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.

7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

8. Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

9. Language fluency:
1. Tamil - Must be fluent in speaking and writing/reading

2. English - Must be able to speak, read and write

3. Telugu, Kannada and Hindi - Good to have but not mandatory

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
