An ideal solar Trainer should possess Intensive Knowledge of parameters of site selection, Components of solar energy system, installation of solar panel, Safety standards and work procedures & basic electrical wiring.

**Qualification : B.Tech, Strong Computer knowledge, Fluency in English & Green Job Certification**

- Should be open to explore the advancement of industry.
- Should update the knowledge and understand the industry pulse.
- Excellent coaching skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Should be able to assist the students in preparing drafts.
- Should be capable of clarifying the solar and renewable energy related queries of students.
- 2 yrs. Experience in the field of coaching.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have 2 wheeler & 4 wheeler license.
