**Key Responsibilities:Tool Crib Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tool crib, ensuring tools and equipment are organized, stored safely, and readily accessible for production needs.
- Track and maintain records of all tools and equipment, ensuring the right tools are available for scheduled machining tasks.
- Ensure all tools are checked in and out of the tool crib accurately, and monitor usage to prevent losses and damage.
- Perform regular inspections of tools to ensure they are in good condition and ready for use.
- Coordinate tool repairs and replacements as necessary.

**Tool Inventory Management**:

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of machining tools and associated materials.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering when inventory levels reach predetermined minimums.
- Maintain accurate records of tool usage, stock movements, and inventory adjustments.
- Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure that tooling requirements are met.
- Conduct periodic physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies between actual stock and system records.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the production team to anticipate tooling needs and optimize inventory levels.
- Assist in training new staff on tool crib management procedures and best practices.
- Perform any additional duties as required to support the operations team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
