**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visually appealing designs that align with the company's brand identity and objectives.
- Conduct user research and regularly gather feedback to improve the user experience (UX) and usability of the company's digital products.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and advancements in UI/UX to ensure the company's designs are innovative and of high quality.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to implement the designs effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain and adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of design projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with strong skills in UI/UX design.
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Sketch.
- Solid understanding of information architecture, user-centered design principles, and usability testing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including both graphic design and UI/UX design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
