We are looking for a passionate "UI/UX Designer" with good expertise in Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma and Illustrator. Education : Any Graduate **Roles and Responsibilities for UI/UX Designer**: - Identify UX design needs for the company’s digital assets - Develop and conceptualize UI/UX design strategies for the brand - Produce high-quality UX designs using wire frames, flow diagrams, graphic and visual design, sitemaps, prototypes, and storyboards - Design UI elements, such as search boxes, navigation menus, widgets, and tabs, for the company’s digital assets using various UI/UX tools. - Test UI elements, such as banners, CTAs, page designs, page layouts, target links, and page flows, for landing pages - Collaborate with the marketing team and internal and external designers to make sure that tailor-made content is being created and delivered to the digital users - Advice and guide the implementation of UX research methods and tests to ensure proper prediction and analysis of user behavior - Adhere to the graphic design and typography style standards **Skills**:1. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1-2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services. 2. A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms. 3. Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, iOS, Android and Design Systems. 4. A team player but can work independently too. 5. Good written and verbal communication skills. 6.
