**BFMSLABS Pvt. Ltd. **is looking for an experienced **UI/UX Designer** who will be responsible for creating visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- To Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with product and engineering requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.
- Communicate design solutions to stakeholders and present design concepts.
- Define and maintain design standards and guidelines

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Figma, HD, and Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JQuery and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of CMS & Web Development.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
