**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**: Conduct engaging and effective classes for 11th & 12th Commerce students.
- **Doubt-Solving**: Address students’ queries and ensure conceptual clarity.
- **Paper Setting & Checking**: Prepare question papers, evaluate answer sheets, and maintain records.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline and ensure an interactive learning environment.
- **Administrative Tasks**: File arrangement, documentation, and student performance tracking.
- **Language Proficiency**: Must be fluent in **English, Hindi, and Gujarati** for effective communication.
- **Computer Skills**: Should be comfortable with MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital tools.
- **Personality Traits**: Should have a **versatile personality, confident demeanor, and strong class control skills.**

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- **Subject Knowledge**: Strong grasp of **Accounts & Statistics** concepts and problem-solving skills.
- **Languages**: Must be proficient in **English, Hindi, and Gujarati**.
- **Tech Skills**: Basic computer knowledge for paper setting, checking, and documentation.
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience is preferred but freshers with excellent knowledge can also apply.
- **Attitude**: Must be enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable to different learning styles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
